Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BarBeast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

BarBeast is an iOS workout tracker for pullups, chin-ups, muscle-ups, and dead hangs. The app stores your workout data locally on your device and optionally syncs across your devices via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). BarBeast does not require an account, does not host user-generated content, and does not include social features.

Subscriptions & Billing

BarBeast offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock full access:

• Monthly — $1.99 USD
• Annual — $9.99 USD

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed entirely by Apple. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued. For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with BarBeast are the property of BarBeast and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Disclaimer

BarBeast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the app at your own risk. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarBeast and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or physical injury.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Apple's Standard EULA

Your use of BarBeast is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.
